Redirect Mapper Lite

Privacy Policy

Last updated: April 30, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Redirect Mapper Lite collects, uses, stores, and shares information when merchants install or use the app with their Shopify store.

This policy is provided for transparency and is not legal advice.

App provider

Redirect Mapper Lite is operated by Qorve Dev. For privacy questions or data requests, contact us at qorve.dev@gmail.com.

Information we collect from Shopify

Redirect Mapper Lite uses the Shopify Admin API only to provide the app's product cleanup and redirect workflow.

Depending on the actions a merchant takes in the app, we may access product information such as product titles, handles, status, vendor, product type, tags, collections, inventory levels, product images, and product URLs. We may also access and create URL redirects related to retired products.

Information merchants provide directly

Merchants may provide cleanup settings, redirect rules, selected products, edited redirect targets, support messages, suggestions, and an optional reply email address when contacting us from the app.

We do not ask merchants to provide customer personal information to use Redirect Mapper Lite.

Information from shoppers

Redirect Mapper Lite is an admin workflow app. It does not add storefront tracking scripts, customer-facing cookies, pixels, or analytics to a merchant's store.

The app does not intentionally collect personal information directly from shoppers.

How we use information

We use collected information to display products, help merchants choose products to retire, generate redirect suggestions, apply redirects in Shopify, save cleanup history, support rollback, provide customer support, and improve the app.

We do not sell merchant data or shopper data.

Data storage and retention

We store app installation sessions, cleanup history, redirect records created through the app, selected workflow settings, contact requests, and operational logs needed to run and support the app.

We retain this information for as long as needed to provide the app, support rollback history, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain security. Merchants can contact us to request deletion of app data associated with their store.

Data sharing

We share information only with service providers needed to operate the app, such as hosting, database, email, logging, and infrastructure providers.

We may disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights, or to protect merchants, Shopify, or others from security or fraud risks.

International processing

Information may be processed and stored outside of the merchant's country or region, including in the United States or other locations where our service providers operate.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect app data, including encrypted HTTPS connections, access controls, and limited data access based on operational need.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration.

Merchant rights and requests

Merchants may contact us to request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of app data associated with their store. We will respond as required by applicable law.

Redirect Mapper Lite supports Shopify's mandatory privacy webhooks for customer data requests, customer redaction, and shop redaction.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the date on this page and, when appropriate, provide additional notice in the app.
